Flu Bomb Recipe
This flu bomb recipe can make a big difference in fighting symptoms and boosting immunity during flu season.
- 2 cups Hot Water
- 4 oz Green Tea
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Tumeric Powder
- 2 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
- 1 inch Fresh Ginger (minced)
- 1 Lemon (juiced — discard flesh of lemon or use for another recipe)
- 2 tbsp Local Honey
Boil the water and steep the green tea for 3-5 minutes
Chop, grate, and otherwise prepare the remainder of the ingredients
Add the prepared ingredients to a glass cup or heat-safe jar
Pour the steeped tea over the ingredients and mix well
Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes
Strain the mixture with a fine mesh sieve or tea strainer and drink it
Discard or compost the pulp strained from the mixture
