Homemade Coffee Creamer

- 1 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 cup Heavy cream (or a non-dairy alternative)
- 2-4 tbsp Sweetener (sugar, honey, maple syrup, or a sugar substitute)
- 1-2 tsp Vanilla extract (or another flavor extract like almond or hazelnut)
Combine Milk and Cream: In a medium saucepan, combine the milk and heavy cream. Heat over medium heat until the mixture is warm but not boiling, stirring occasionally.
Add Sweetener: Stir in your chosen sweetener, adjusting the amount to taste. Continue to heat until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
Add Flavoring: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract or your preferred flavor extract.
Cool and Store: Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then transfer it to a clean, airtight container. Refrigerate until ready to use.
