A healthy, filling smoothie with a power punch of leafy greens!

Equipment

  • 1 blender
  • 1 chopping knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Slice banana into 1-inch pieces
  • Add all ingredients to the blender
  • Pulse blend until consistency is smooth
  • Pour into a smoothie cup and enjoy!
