Vanilla Oatmeal Smoothie
A sweet, nutritious breakfast with a whole grain addition!

1 blender
1 chopping knife
1 microwave-safe bowl
- 1 whole banana
- 1 cup cauliflower
- 1/4 cup raw oats
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1 cup ice
Prepare the Cauliflower
Place cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl with enough water to cover the bottom of the bowl.
Cover the bowl and microwave on high for 4 minutes until tender
Once cooked, place the cauliflower directly into an ice bath to stop cooking and cool completely. Save about 1/2 cup ice for the smoothie.
